Delivery Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available upon request — please contact us for details.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; occasional delays may occur due to courier or postal service disruptions.

Order Tracking

Delivery Instructions

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or provide safe delivery instructions during checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery costs.

Damaged / Lost Parcels

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. We will work with the courier to resolve this.
